Wheelchair Ice Cream Truck Halloween Costume

Little Carter is wheelchair bound due to spina bifida so, for last Halloween, his dad transformed his wheelchair into Buster’s Ice Cream Truck. Meanwhile, the date on which Carter’s dad will be receiving his well deserved father of the year award hasn’t been announced yet.
