Pascal Prokop, a 38-year-old Swiss man, has built a wood-burning stove in his car. His 1990 Volvo 240 station wagon is street legal because Pascal managed to get an operating permit by the Swiss technical inspection authority. See it action in this video from the Swiss TV:
