Baby Yoga with Lena Fokina

Lena Fokina has been practicing her ‘baby dynamics yoga’ for 30-years and a video of the 51-year-old Russian spinning and flipping babies above her head and behind her back already went viral about a year ago.

Those shocking images are doing the rounds around the internet again thanks to the Barcroft Media team, who tracked down the controversial baby yoga therapist at a seminar called “Parenting the Deliberate Way” in Dahab, Egypt.

Believe it or not, parents from across Europe were actually paying Fokina to perform the same moves on their infants! She insists this technique is good for babies and not dangerous at all.

    Do you hear the baby crying?  This is unacceptable behavior.  You do NOT toss a little baby around like that!!  Common sense tells you so!  Thier little arms cannot hold the weight of thier bodies being tossed around like that!!  Plus thier heads can’t take the stress of being jerked around.  Adults need yoga not babies!!
