A Ferrari 458 Spider driver runs over a NYC cop’s foot after the cop tried to write him a ticket in front of SoHo’s Mercer Hotel. Off course, that doesn’t go well with the New York’s Finest. The Ferrari driver seems to be Julien Chabbott, the boyfriend of Stephanie Pratt (from the MTV reality show The Hills).
