BBC news anchor Simon McCoy appeared on live tv holding a stack of printing paper after mistaking it for an iPad. According to a BBC spokesperson, the two items were sitting next to each other and, in the rush of live news, McCoy didn’t have an opportunity to swap them, so he simply went with it.
