Swimming Fish Rug Illusion (Video)
This is a ‘Magic Carp-pet’ rug, winner of 2011 Red Dot Design Awards. The animation is achieved through an optical illusion effect induced by a so called moiré pattern, which consists of a black and white carp print rug and a slatted coffee table. When you walk around the table, the fish look like they are swimming.
