Australian tourists Linda and Philip McNamara filmed the eruption of Papua New Guinean volcano, Mount Tavurvur, on August 29. Footage shows shockwaves blasting through the clouds and then a sonic boom shakes the couple’s boat with a loud bang. Video of the dramatic explosion is now going viral:

During a storm in Komiža, on Croatia’s island of Vis, an Italian-owned yacht got untied from a dock and ended up stranded on a local beach. No one was on the yacht during the accident. The grounding was caught on camera by a bystander. Things get somewhat dramatic towards the end of the video:

Troy and Kristin Dickerson were racing from Rosenberg to Texas Children’s Hospital, in Houston, for the birth of their third child. But, they didn’t quite make it there in time. Their baby boy, Truett, was born outside the hospital’s valet entrance. Dad managed to film the crazy ride to the hospital and the birth with a GoPro camera strapped to his head:

A rally car crashed into a group of spectators standing on a pile of bricks at the Kaszuby Rally, Poland, on Sunday. The driver and one of the fans were taken to a nearby hospital, but no one was seriously injured. If you watch the footage, you’ll see that things could have been much much worse and it’s a miracle no one died in the accident:
