An electrical fireball passing down an electrical line in the Montreal suburb of Lachine, Canada, was filmed by Youtuber Huw Griffiths, Friday night. The fireball is supposedly an electric arc caused by a lightning strike. Whatever the scientific explanation may be – it looks pretty cool on video.
Odakyu Electric train was struck by lightning while it was passing through the iron railway bridge on the Tama River in Noborito, just outside of Tokyo, Japan. No one was injured. The train stopped for 30 minutes and then slowly proceeded to the Izumi-Tamagawa Station where it was taken out of service.
