A 100-ton crane collapsed in the Russian port city of Kazan while lowering a boat. No one was injured, but it seems that at least two dockworkers were very lucky during the accident.

An Australian man cheated death after he almost got run over by a train at Cannon Hill station in Brisbane. CCTV footage released by Queensland Rail shows that the 20-year-old waited for one train to pass, but got clipped by the oncoming express train from the other direction. He was taken to hospital but escaped serious injury.
