SNL’s Cold Open brings Liam Neeson to help President Obama convince Russia’s Vladimir Putin to stop invading Ukraine’s Crimea region. It’s an opportunity for Liam Neeson to spoof his phone monologue from the movie Taken and we also see Jay Pharaoh’s Barack Obama parodying Putin’s shirtless horseback riding:
A woman walking across an intersection in Yekaterinburg, Russia, stops by one car to remind the people inside about certain traffic laws. Then she throws a couple of punches to make it stick in their heads…
A cute, passionate baby girl named Lara conducts a choir in a church in Kyrgyzstan and pours her little heart into it.
This log splitter uses only one horse-power. Literally.
Some Russian guys attempt to start their car by towing it with a trolleybus in the city of St. Petersburg. Bad idea!
I hope they have good insurance. Filmed in the city of Ryazan, Russia.
Alexander Chernikov, an amateur stuntman from Barnaul, Russia, jumped off the roof of a five-story building into the snow, after being set on fire. Even though the whole thing looks absolutely insane, the 22-year-old actually spent a week to prepare himself for the stunt. For example, he’s wearing a special asbestos cloth under those pants to protect himself from the fire:
A Russian guy demonstrates how NOT to open a bottle of champagne…
I have no idea what the cat is doing behind the wheel, but it will probably lose its driver’s license after this:
Snow in Russia gets very deep and there’s at least one cat which doesn’t like that…
