Ice Climbing Fall – Helmet Cam POV (Video)
Ice climber Mark Roberts fell while free soloing Parsley Fern Lefthand Gully in Wales, on February 24. Roberts was climbing with two of his buddies when he was knocked off by a chunk of falling ice that came loose after the guy above him tried to get a good axe placement. He was rescued by Llanberis Mountain Rescue Team 30 minutes after the incident. Mark’s GoPro helmet-cam recorded the scary slide down the gully. Watch the video below:
